WP Quick Contact Form: Contact Form To Maximize Conversions

A simple contact form on a website is essential to convert user visits into action. The fewer the fields a form has, the better the chance for visitors to complete it. You can use it on a WordPress Post or Page.

In addition to server-side validation of form fields, a client-side pre-validation is done using our JQuery Form Validation And Hints Plugin.

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin to the wp-content/plugins folder in your WordPress directory online.
  2. Activate the Plugin in your Administration Panels.
  3. Edit a page or post content in HTML mode, placing the shortcode [quickform mailto="mymail@example.com"] where you want the form to appear.

Compatibility

Tested on WordPress 3.01.
